Role: Salesforce Administrator (Supporting Revenue Operations Team)
Shift Timings: Overlap with IST and PST Timezones

As the Salesforce Administrator on our Revenue Operations team, you will own and evolve our Salesforce platform and the broader Revenue Systems ecosystem — including CPQ, integrations, and our connected GTM tech stack. This is an individual-contributor role for someone who has personally administered Salesforce in a quick-moving SaaS environment, not a people-management position. Experience in Revenue Operations, CPQ, or Quote-to-Cash processes is strongly preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities• Own and evolve the Salesforce platform end-to-end, including Sales Cloud and the broader Revenue Systems ecosystem (CPQ, integrations, connected GTM tools).
• Manage day-to-day administration: user management, permissions, profiles, roles, and security settings.
• Build and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and flows.




• Manage data quality — deduplication, data hygiene, and integrity across accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities.
• Configure and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS to translate process needs into scalable Salesforce configurations.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce, CPQ, and other GTM tools (e.g., marketing automation, support tools).
• Troubleshoot user issues and provide ongoing training and documentation.
• Support release management, sandbox testing, and change management for org updates.

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience (not managing a team of admins)
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder a plus
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud; exposure to CPQ or Service Cloud is a plus
