What You'll Bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Ability to develop and maintain working relationships,



prepare correspondence, and communicate with tax authorities as required-
addressing tax inquiries and audits effectively.

• Solid understanding of tax compliance, with proven ability to conduct tax research and analyze a wide range of tax issues to support client engagements.

• Ongoing commitment to growing knowledge to build a long-term career in tax.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively translate complex tax concepts into clear, practical guidance to clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

• Strong technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
required. Experience with CCH Axcess Tax, TaxPrep, or similar tax software is considered an asset.
