Key Responsibilities
XR Storyboarding & Learning Design
• Analyze technical documentation,
training materials, procedures, and engineering inputs.
• Visualize XR training concepts and transform them into clear, engaging, and interactive storyboards.
• Create detailed storyboards that guide XR, AR, VR, and 3D content development.
• Design learner-centric training experiences that improve knowledge retention and performance.
• Ensure instructional content follows established learning methodologies and XR best practices.
• Partner with SMEs, Instructors, Engineering teams, and Training Managers to gather requirements and validate content.
• Work closely with Mixed Reality Developers (MRDs) to translate storyboards into immersive XR experiences.
• Facilitate storyboard reviews, incorporate feedback, and drive approvals and sign-offs.
• Coordinate activities across global teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects.
