Job Description:
Role Summary:

The Sourcing Manager for the US Team will lead, manage, and develop a team of sourcing specialists responsible for identifying and engaging top talent across the United States. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging tools like Workday, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter, to build robust talent pipelines for critical roles. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully managing and motivating sourcing teams, driving results, fostering robust partnerships with hiring managers, and ensuring the team's professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & People Management
● Directly manage and lead a team of US-based sourcing specialists, providing day-to-day guidance, support, and mentorship.
● Set clear performance expectations, define individual and team goals aligned with overall talent acquisition objectives, and track progress against these goals.
● Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members to provide feedback, coaching,



and support their professional development.
● Identify training and development needs for the team, facilitate learning opportunities, and encourage continuous improvement.
● Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and best practice adoption.
● Address and resolve team issues, conflicts, and performance concerns in a timely and effective manner.
● Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new sourcing team members.

Sourcing Strategy & Execution
● Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent for current and future needs across various functions and levels within the US.
● Develop and refine outreach strategies to attract and engage top-tier talent.
