This is an individual contributor role focused on transforming operational and financial data into clear, actionable reporting and dashboards. You will manage MIS and Power BI reporting across key Finance & Accounting processes, including Order Management, O2C, P2P, R2R, and FP&A.; The role combines advanced Excel, Power BI, VBA, and CRM reporting to monitor performance and support informed operational decisions. You will create recurring reports covering SLAs, KPIs, and operational processes while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery. A key part of the position is identifying performance gaps and developing dashboards that help teams improve processes and operational efficiency. You will work in a collaborative, multicultural setting where strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving are essential.

Accountabilities:





• Generate accurate reports and develop dashboards that clearly present operational and financial performance information.

• Manage MIS and Power BI reporting across Finance & Accounting processes, including Order Management, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;).

• Process data and reports from CRM systems and transform the results into meaningful dashboards and management insights.

• Identify performance gaps, trends, and operational issues and develop reporting solutions that support decision-making and process improvements.

• Build and maintain MIS reports using advanced Excel, Power BI, VBA, and macros at the operational level.

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports covering SLAs, KPIs, and operational processes according to client requirements.
