Job Overview and Responsibilities
The Staff Representative is responsible for executing the strategic vision for United's learning ecosystem, ensuring the seamless delivery of learning experiences and end-to-end management of the e-learning content lifecycle across the enterprise. This role combines expertise in learning operations, learning experience management, process excellence, and learning technology administration to ensure employees can easily access, engage with, and complete learning in a highly regulated and operationally complex environment.
The Staff Representative, Learning Experience and Process is responsible for designing, building, testing, and supporting United's learning technology ecosystem. This role combines software development, quality assurance,



system integration, and learning technology expertise to ensure employees have reliable, scalable, and user-friendly learning experiences.
This individual partners closely with Learning, Digital Technology, HR, Operations, and business stakeholders to develop and improve learning products, automate processes, resolve technical issues, and ensure learning systems meet business, compliance, and operational requirements.
The ideal candidate has experience in quality testing, system administration, and learning technologies, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving continuous improvement through technology and automation.
