We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Executive / Sales Officer / BDE to drive business growth and revenue through Modern Trade (MT) channels. The role will focus on developing retail relationships, expanding market presence, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets across organised retail and up-to-date trade formats.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Modern Trade sales, excellent relationship-management skills, and a proven ability to identify business opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and execute channel strategies effectively. This role requires a commercially driven professional who can combine field execution with structured sales planning and account management.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business through Modern Trade (MT) channels.




• Identify new business opportunities across organised retail chains and modern trade accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, buyers, store teams, and retail decision-makers.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, distribution, and business-development targets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, meetings, presentations, negotiations, order generation, and account development.
• Conduct regular customer and market visits to understand requirements and identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, promotions, listings, visibility, and other account-level requirements.
• Monitor product availability, stock levels, distribution, shelf presence, and in-store execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, supply, delivery, and issue resolution.
• Track account-wise sales performance and identify gaps against targets.
