Engineering / Technical Executive - Global Facilities Command Center Operations
Job Summary
The Engineering / Technical Executive will support the day-to-day operations of the Global Facilities Command Center by managing incidents, service requests, remote monitoring activities, work permit coordination, and operational reporting across multiple locations.
This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-focused professional who can work in a fast-paced workplace, ensure SLA compliance,
coordinate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders, and maintain accurate operational records and reports.
The position is operationally critical and requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while supporting engineering and facilities services on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Incident Management
• Monitor, log, and manage incidents and work orders for critical systems through the designated incident management platform.
• Ensure all incidents are acknowledged, updated, and followed up within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Track open incidents closely and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Escalate critical or unresolved incidents in line with defined escalation protocols.
• Ensure timely notification and effective communication is shared with all relevant stakeholders.
