About the Role:

Join us as an HR Product Manager and help shape how Workday HCM features and capabilities deliver value for employees, managers and HR teams. This role helps shape the Workday product strategy and roadmap, lead release governance,



support the adoption of emerging Workday AI and Agent capabilities, and measure the value delivered through new functionality. Role requires to connect teams across HR Technology, HR Operations, Centers of Excellence and other business functions to ensure Workday priorities are aligned with business needs and employee and manager experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Shape and manage the Workday product strategy and roadmap, aligning priorities with business needs, measurable value and strategic goals.

• Evaluate and prioritize Workday releases, new functionality, AI features and Agent capabilities based on value, impact, readiness and risk.

• Lead governance for biannual releases, weekly service updates and continuous deployments, maintaining clear release calendars and roadmap visibility.
