Job Description
A Day in the Life Summary
As a Purchasing Specialist - PLM Sourcing, support Recent Product Introduction (NPI) and Continuation projects. Ensure accurate SAP master data setup, part costing, purchase order readiness, supplier follow-up. Support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) sourcing activities, Last Time Buy (LTB), Excess and Obsolete (E&O;) processes, BOM reviews,



and supply chain risk mitigation.

Major Responsibilities
Support NPI and Continuation sourcing activities by ensuring accurate purchasing master data, costing, and purchase order readiness.
Manage the conversion of Shopping Carts to Purchase Orders and oversee the entire end-to-end process. Collaborate with suppliers and Your department partners to resolve invoice discrepancies.
Support LTB Coordinator with LTB and E&O; activities. Perform RFQ, BOM risk review, and PLM buyer-related activities to help manage supply chain risk and lead process improvements.
Use SAP, Excel, Power BI, and other business systems to analyze data, prepare reports, and support informed sourcing and supply chain decisions.
