Role Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Transformation & Intelligent Automation Lead to drive enterprise transformation initiatives through Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Process Mining, Agentic AI, and Automation.
The ideal candidate will identify transformation opportunities across business functions, redesign processes for efficiency and scalability, and leverage emerging AI technologies to build rapid Proof of Concepts (POCs), intelligent agents, and automation solutions that deliver measurable business value.
This role combines strategic consulting, operational excellence, AI innovation, and hands-on solution development.
Key Responsibilities
Business Transformation & Process Excellence
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize transformation opportunities across business operations.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Lean Six Sigma,



Design Thinking, and Process Reengineering methodologies.
• Conduct current-state and future-state process assessments.
• Drive value-stream mapping, waste elimination, cycle-time reduction, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Establish transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
• Quantify business perks, ROI, and transformation outcomes.

Process Reengineering & Optimization
• Analyze end-to-end business processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
• Design and implement future-state operating models.
• Facilitate process workshops with business stakeholders.
• Standardize and optimize processes using process governance frameworks.
• Develop business cases and transformation recommendations for leadership.

Agentic AI & Innovation
• Design and build AI-powered agents for business operations.
• Develop and test Agentic
