As a member of the CRM Engineering team, you will be a member of a engineering team focused on the Salesforce platform. This is an opportunity to be part of a team responsible for building a successful, sustainable and strategic CRM platform for 1000+ users in the Ayco business.

You will

• Collaborate with a global cross functional team in building customer-centric products

• Analyze existing software to identify areas of improvement and provide estimates for implementing recent features

• Follow standard software development guidelines and best practices

• Create and maintain test plans, documentation and automated tests for all technical changes





• Grow your technical skillset by seeking out cross-training and knowledge advancement opportunities

• Participate in user story refinement, technical design, code reviews and the team's Agile process

• Participate in continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent industry experience

• 3-5 years of experience, 1plus years of expertise with Salesforce

• Demonstrated success on previous Salesforce project as a developer

• Experience with the Salesforce software ecosystem, including Ape
