Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition skilled who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment across QWEEN's retail and corporate businesses. The role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing capabilities, market understanding, and the ability to hire quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Retail and Corporate roles across locations.

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define hiring plans.

• Manage recruitment for retail positions including Style Consultants, Store Managers, Cluster Heads, Customer Experience, and other store roles.

• Drive hiring for corporate functions such as Finance, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Merchandising, Category, Business Planning, HR,



and Administration.

• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, consultants, campus hiring, and other sourcing channels.

• Screen candidates and conduct initial discussions to assess suitability, experience, communication, and cultural alignment.

• Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely feedback from stakeholders.

• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.

• Work closely with hiring managers to improve quality of hire, turnaround time, and candidate experience.

• Manage external recruitment consultants and ensure adherence to agreed commercials and replacement terms.

• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS, candidate databases, and position-wise hiring reports.

• Support manpower planning and provide regular hiring updates to HR leadership.

• Build talent pools for upcoming store
