Job Description

About the Role
We’re looking for a tactical, action-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our growing Digital Marketing Team. This role will execute and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across SEM, Social, Display, YouTube, and Reddit across Patient, HCP, and Lab segments with the goal of ensuring continuous and productive campaign deployment, optimization, and reporting across all channels.

Campaign Execution
· Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit):
· Apply data-driven insights and learnings from team for effective campaigns optimization and A/B testing.
· Launch, execute, and report on paid and organic social media campaigns. This includes monitoring budget to forecast, week-to-week analysis, and reports on performance across patient, lab and HCP audiences.
· Support and work closely with Digital Media and Partnerships Manager in preparing reports for stakeholders and leadership
• Stay current on social media best practices, trends,



and platform updates to inform campaign execution

· SEM (GoogleAds):
· Work closely with the Digital Media and Partnerships Manager on executing and optimizing all global SEM campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals
· Execute and optimize SEM campaigns weekly. This includes keyword and search term optimizations, aligning budget to forecast daily, and performance reporting across Allergy Insider and Commercial accounts.
· Align and optimize SEM ad copy to top performing ad copy across other channels such as social media, SEO, and AI prompts. Monthly reporting should highlight changes made.
· Leverage channel-specific dashboards to gain insight, uncover optimization opportunities and make data-driven decisions
· Be available during off-hours to participate in meetings with team members based in the US
· Provide status updates and streamlined communication to the supervisor and business partners to set expectations on timelines,
