Overview

The Sr. Manager, Global Procurement IT & BPO is responsible for leading strategic sourcing and category management activities across a ~$300MM portfolio of technology, consulting, and business process outsourcing spend. This role partners with Global and Sector IT teams, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to develop and execute sourcing strategies that drive value, improve supplier performance, mitigate risk, and deliver annual productivity commitments.
20+ years of overall work experience is mandatory, with significant relevant experience in Global Procurement, IT Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Finance, or IT. Strong Global IT Procurement experience is highly preferred.

The position leads end-to-end procurement activities, including category strategy development, supplier selection, competitive bidding, contract negotiations, Master Services Agreements, Statement of Work development, and supplier governance. The successful candidate will leverage market expertise and solid cross-functional collaboration to optimize supplier relationships,



implement best practices, and deliver sustainable cost savings while supporting PepsiCo's business and digital transformation priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supplier and sourcing strategies for the IT and BPO category (total spend Sr. Manager is accountable for is approximately $300MM) that continually improve quality, cost, and service across all PepsiCo business operations.

• Drive the sourcing process, lead sourcing, support Master Services Agreements, Statement of Work development, and analyze/evaluate rates to optimize supplier engagements.

• Track record of successfully sourcing with a variety of suppliers (e.g., IBM, SAP, PWC, Deloitte, EY, Cognizant, HCL, Infosys, Microsoft, Oracle, Symantec)
