We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with 4–8 years of experience to join our analytics team and drive data-led decision-making across the CPG/FMCG business. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Power BI, along with hands-on experience in Pricing Analytics, Distribution Analytics, sales performance, and commercial analytics.
You will work closely with business, sales, marketing, revenue, and commercial stakeholders to transform complex datasets into actionable insights, dashboards, and recommendations that support pricing strategies, distribution expansion, revenue growth, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for sales, pricing, distribution, revenue, and business performance.
• Analyze CPG/FMCG datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and performance gaps across products, categories, channels, regions, and customers.
• Conduct Pricing Analytics,



including price-performance analysis, price changes, discount analysis, price elasticity, promotional effectiveness, and revenue impact.
• Perform Distribution Analytics to evaluate distribution coverage, availability, channel performance, geographic penetration, and product-level distribution trends.
• Track key commercial and sales KPIs and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Build automated reporting solutions that reduce manual reporting and improve data accessibility.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, category management, and commercial teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Identify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to improve data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
