Job Summary
The Site support engineer provides hands-on technical support to users, systems, and IT infrastructure at a company location. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, printer, meeting room, and end-user technology issues.



The Onsite Support Engineer acts as the local IT contact for employees and works closely with remote service desk, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.

Key Areas of Responsibility
•Provide face-to-face technical support for employees at the office or client site.
•Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, docking stations, monitors, and peripherals.

•Install, configure, maintain, and replace IT hardware and software.
•Support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, VPN, email, collaboration tools, and business applications.
•Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, and basic switching problems.
•Assist with user onboarding, offboarding, device setup, account access, and equipment handover.
•Support meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, projectors, Teams/Zoom rooms, and AV equipment.
•Escalate complex issues to infrastructure, network, security, or application teams when required.
