Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional in Loyalty Partnerships to manage our loyalty program initiatives in optimizing and expanding partnerships with both IndiGo and Partner Airlines.



This role will be instrumental in driving the development and execution of partnership strategies, managing relationships with both IndiGo and partner airlines, and ensuring alignment with program objectives to achieve mutual growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development of comprehensive program strategies that enhance member engagement, revenue generation, and overall program effectiveness.
• Execution of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with contractual terms and conditions and maximizing mutual benefit.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts, promotional activities, and joint initiatives with partner airlines.
• Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and impact of loyalty program for IndiGo and partner airlines. Example: member acquisitions, activations, engagements, incremental direct c
