Content Marketing TrainerCDA Academy
We are looking for a Content Marketing Trainer with practical experience in creating content and planning content strategy. Someone who understands how brands communicate, brings original ideas, and can help learners turn their ideas into helpful content.
The sessions will be workshop-based, with writing exercises, brand discussions, campaign activities and feedback. You should be comfortable guiding beginners and explaining the thinking behind creative and marketing decisions.
What you will do• Conduct practical sessions covering content marketing, brand communication and marketing fundamentals.
• Help learners understand audiences, buyer personas, customer journeys and marketing funnels, and connect them to business goals.
• Teach brand positioning, voice and messaging, along with the basics of colour, typography, logos and brand boards.
• Guide learners through competitor research, brand and content audits, content calendars and community-building activities.
• Conduct workshops on website content, copywriting, creative copy,



ad copy and frameworks such as AIDA.
• Teach blogging and SEO content writing, including structure, search intent, keywords, entities, semantic writing and E-E-A-T.
• Facilitate activities around audio content, video marketing, storytelling, scripting and spec ads.
• Help learners create content suited to regional audiences and different platforms.
• Review assignments, give clear feedback and support learners in building their content portfolios.
• Keep examples and learning materials updated, and coordinate with trainers and mentors on learner progress.

What we are looking for• Hands-on experience in content creation, content marketing, copywriting or content strategy through agency, in-house, freelance or independent work.
• A portfolio showing work you have personally created or contributed to, with a clear explanation of your role.
