About the RoleInbox Media is looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team and help us take AI Pathshala to more students and parents.
AI Pathshala is an AI-powered learning platform designed to support CBSE students from Classes 6–12 with smarter learning, AI mentors, doubt solving, revision, study planning, exam preparation and other learning tools.
As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining the value of AI Pathshala, and converting interested leads into subscribers.
? Key Responsibilities• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers and introduce AI Pathshala.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.




• Speak with students and parents to understand their learning and preparation needs.
• Clearly explain AI Pathshala's plans, features, advantages and subscription options.
• Handle questions, objections and concerns professionally.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects and move them through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and conversions in the CRM/sales tracker.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Build positive relationships with prospective customers and provide a smooth customer experience.
• Share customer feedback and common objections with the sales/marketing team to improve the sales process.
