THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated Client Experience Strategy Specialist to join our team. In this role,



you will support the Client Experience team in delivering forward-thinking insights for clients — leveraging business Intelligence deliverables and audience strategies to drive measurable results. You'll coordinate deliverables, roadmap key projects and tasks, and internal team integration across sales, media, account, and analytics to align goals, resolve issues, and maximize client satisfaction — all while turning data into actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities:
• Support account leads with meeting preparation, agendas, recaps, status updates, presentations, and client communications.
