Cura is twenty-seven years old and has thousands of doctors across India recommending its products. Our social channels do not currently reflect any of that.

The time, money and resources we invest in our socials is to make Cura's Social media the place where most people meet a lifestyle. It's where someone curious about Ayurveda learns what it is, where a skeptic gets convinced, and where a first-time buyer decides to come back.

This is not just a posting job
This isn't about filling a content calendar with "benefits of Ashwagandha" carousels.
We want someone who can make thousands of years of wellness knowledge feel native to Instagram. You know why a reel on morning rituals works and a product shot doesn't. You can tell a real wellness trend from a passing fad. You care about getting the digital algorithm right.

What you'll be doing
Build the social playbook. Plan and run platform-first strategies across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and new platforms.



What works on Reels may not work on Shorts, and you'll know the difference.

Make Ayurveda scroll-stopping. Make reels, short videos, carousels, stories and reactive content that teach, entertain and build trust. It should feel like content people want, not ads.

Own the wellness calendar. Show up well around festivals, seasonal changes, International Yoga Day, Ayurveda Day, wedding season, monsoon and winter wellness, and everyday habits like morning routines, sleep, digestion and skincare.

Keep your finger on the pulse. Spot trends, creator formats and conversations in health, wellness, skincare and lifestyle, and decide which ones Cura should join and which to skip.

Build the founder and expert voice. Work with leadership and our in-house Ayurveda experts on founder-led and practitioner-led content that builds credibility.
