About the Role
Alchemist Marketing Solutions is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who has a keen interest in digital advertising and a hands-on understanding of running paid media campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have experience working on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and DV360, and should be interested in learning and working across different aspects of performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, set up, execute, and monitor paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and DV360.
• Assist in campaign planning based on client objectives, target audiences, budgets, and KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, conversions, reach, and ROAS.
• Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
• Assist with audience research, targeting, keyword research, and campaign setup.




• Manage campaign budgets and monitor daily spends to ensure efficient utilisation.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and insights.
• Coordinate with creative, client servicing, and other internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and best practices across digital advertising platforms.
• Support the team in developing strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve client objectives.

Requirements
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media.
• Practical experience with at least some of the following platforms:
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads Manager
• DV360 / Programmatic Advertising
• Basic understanding of paid media metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
• Positive analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and performance advertising.
