Job Summary:
The Presales/ Lead Generation Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving recent business opportunities by identifying, researching, and qualifying potential leads. This individual will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality prospects that align with the
company goals target market. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Research and Identification:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads based on defined target demographics,
industries, and regions.
- Use various tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM systems, industry directories, Lusha) to gather information about potential customers.
2. Lead Qualification:
- Evaluate leads against predefined criteria to determine their potential and readiness for sales
engagement.
- Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organizations.
3. Outreach and Engagement:
- Initiate contact with potential leads through email, phone calls, social media,



and other channels.
- Create and send personalized outreach messages that resonate with the target audience.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the
sales funnel.
4. Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics, such as the number of leads generated, qualified, and converted.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with broader
business objectives.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to lead generation strategies and
tactics.
6. Analysis and Optimization:
