Job Summary/Objective:
The Consultant is responsible for driving strategy engagements and leading day-to-day project activities for startup, health system, pharmaceutical and other Fortune 500 clients. This includes collaborating with Engagement Managers and guiding Analysts and Associate Consultants in conducting primary and secondary research, synthesis of research findings into strategic insights, and developing client deliverables such as slide decks, quantitative analyses or other deliverables as required. Consultants play a key role in the day-to-day project execution, serving as the primary point person for planning research activities, driving client deliverables and serving as the liaison between Analysts and Engagement Managers.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
● Own day-to-day project management, slide deck development and coordination of deliverable completion
● Develop and execute on primary and secondary research plans on clinical, scientific, technology and business topics




● Coordinate and lead client, customer, provider and thought leader interviews ● Conduct qualitative, quantitative and financial data analysis
● Lead development of client deliverables, including slide decks, reports, protocols and other types of presentations as required for clients
● Lead training efforts for Analysts and Associate Consultants on primary and research, slide deck creation and deliverable development
● Interface with clients and own coordination/scheduling of client meetings and presentations
● Develop thought leadership materials including white papers, blog posts and other research materials
● Other duties as assigned by management
