Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospective clients, presenting OQULIX’s VR, AR, and game-based solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. The Sales Associate will conduct product demos, prepare proposals and quotations, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and follow up consistently to build long-term relationships.



Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging, attending client meetings and events, and providing feedback from the market to support product development. The role also requires meeting sales targets, reporting on pipeline status, and representing OQULIX professionally in all customer interactions.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle and convert leads into customers.
• Customer relationship management and communication skills, including clear presentation abilities and qualified client engagement.
• Understanding of technology solutions, preferably in VR, AR, healthcare tech, or edutech, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Organizational and time management skills, including accurate documentation, CRM usage, and prioritization of multiple opportunities.
