Role Description
The International Customer Service Representative (US Voice) is an in office role based in Sector 2 Noida. In this position,



the representative will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across international markets, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic debt management support to prospects. Daily responsibilities include answering inquiries, resolving issues, documenting interactions in CRM systems, and ensuring that customer experiences align with Vasdar’s quality and compliance standards.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams, following established scripts and workflows when required, and contributing feedback to improve processes and service quality. The representative will also support multilingual or cross-border communications where applicable, maintaining professionalism and cultural sensitivity in every interaction.
