About the Role
As a Guest Relations Executive,



you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests and play an important role in shaping their overall experience.
This role goes beyond simply greeting guests. You will manage reservations and walk-ins, understand guest preferences, build relationships with regulars, support menu conversations, handle feedback, and coordinate closely with the service, bar, kitchen, and management teams.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, starting conversations, remembering faces, and creating a warm and engaging environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, positive hospitality etiquette, a confident personality, and the ability to interact comfortably with a diverse and agile crowd.
