Part II: Job Purpose

• lead of the warehouse in India - The overall objective of the function is the optimal management, control, organization and continuous strategic improvement of warehouse and logistics processes (incoming goods, intra-, warehouse, dispatch and returns logistics, shipping, customs clearance, trade compliance, freight tender) - Organization and management of transport logistics by selecting the service providers used - Organization,



control and monitoring of customs processes - Organization, control and monitoring of dangerous goods processes - Achieving targets in accordance with the specifications in terms of process costs, productivity, cost and service level achievement, as well as logistical reliability and quality. - Identification of cost reduction and optimization potentials and implementation of the corresponding measures. -Development and optimization of warehouse strategies (stock levels, warehouse space allocation, replenishment process, route optimization). o Optimum control and monitoring of the interaction of critical paths at the picking and packing stations and at the manual/pallet warehouse. - Identifying, proposing and implementing initiatives for process optimization and continuous improvement (CIP)
