About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern who is responsible about building a career in B2B sales, SaaS, and business development.

You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, reaching out to decision-makers, understanding business requirements, booking demos, and building a strong sales pipeline for Huntlo.

This is not a passive internship. You will have daily activity targets, measurable KPIs, regular reporting, and direct accountability for your pipeline and results.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Research and identify relevant B2B companies.
Build and maintain targeted prospect lists.
Identify decision-makers such as Founders, HR Heads, TA Heads, Recruitment Heads, and Business Leaders.




Use LinkedIn, databases, company websites, and other relevant sources for prospect research.
2. Outbound Sales
Make daily outbound calls to prospects.
Conduct cold outreach through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other approved channels.
Introduce Huntlo clearly and professionally.
Understand the prospect's hiring challenges and business requirements.
Handle initial objections and qualify prospects.
3. Demo Booking
Convert qualified conversations into product demos.
Coordinate demo schedules with prospects and the sales team.
Follow up consistently with prospects who show interest.
Ensure scheduled demos are attended and properly updated in the CRM.
4. Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate CRM records for every lead.
Keep lead stages, follow-ups, conversations, and next actions updated.
Build and continuously improve your qualified pipeline.
Ensure no qualified lead is left without a follow-up.
