Develops and executes change and communication strategies for the IT department. Advises key IT leadership on developing a strategic agenda and helps to prioritize discussions with key IT stakeholders. Conducts impact analysis to understand stakeholder needs and commitments. Develops communications for organizational change and events.

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field; a postgraduate management qualification is an advantage.

About The Role:
The GIC Enterprise Solutions team has reached critical mass. With more than 50 active professionals across multiple capability areas, it is now evolving from a model in which individual businesses engage resources into a capability center that delivers projects and outcomes through dedicated and/or shared capability pods. This role leads that transformation and serves as the single point of contact for every Marmon business that engages the GIC for technology solutions delivery.
