Key Responsibilities• Design and deliver training programs for commercial vehicle sales teams.
• Conduct induction and product training for new sales employees.
• Train sales teams on commercial vehicle products, features, applications, and competitive positioning.
• Develop training modules on sales techniques, lead management, customer engagement, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, role plays, and assessments.
• Identify individual and team-level training gaps and recommend development plans.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training through assessments, feedback, and sales performance.
• Work closely with Sales Managers to understand business requirements and improve team performance.
• Keep training content updated based on current products, market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Support the sales team through field coaching and practical on-the-job training.
• Maintain training records, reports, attendance, and performance evaluations.





Required Qualifications & Skills• Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in commercial vehicle, automobile, or automotive dealership sales.
• Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle sales and the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in sales training, coaching, or sales team development.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and customer relationship management.
• Ability to engage and motivate sales teams.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for training and field coaching when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile• Experience in commercial vehicle dealerships/OEMs will be preferred.
• Prior experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or similar role.
• Strong practical understanding of the commercial vehicle market and sales process.
