About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to accelerate growth across South Asia for HID’s Enterprise Authentication Readers portfolio. This is a high-impact hunting role focused on acquiring new customers, expanding strategic partnerships, developing channels, and driving revenue growth within enterprise organizations.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise technology sales and a proven ability to sell consultative security and authentication solutions to IT, security, and business decision-makers.
What You'll Do
Business Development & Sales Growth
• Drive current customer acquisition and revenue growth across assigned territories.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with business objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities within enterprise organizations and strategic accounts.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and engagement through negotiation and deal closure.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting process.
Customer & Solution Selling
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, security teams, and key decision-makers.
• Understand customer business challenges and authentication requirements.
• Position HID solutions including:
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Secure Print Solutions
• Credential-Based Authentication
• Enterprise Identity & Access Technologies
• Work closely with technical teams to deliver solution-based value propositions.
Partner & Market Development
• Expand market reach through channel partners, system integrators, resellers, and technology alliances.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to support market adoption and customer success.
• Provide competitive insights and market intelligence to support business strategy.
• Represent HID at customer
