Role Description
As a Salesforce Platform Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, support, operation and continuous improvement of MEIKO's global Salesforce platform landscape, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
You will work closely with business stakeholders, platform owners, technical experts,



external implementation partners and international users to ensure platform stability, security, usability and data quality across global business operations.

Special Requirements
• Location: Yelahanka, Bengaluru, India (In office 5 days office, no shift work, standard local working hours)
• Only candidates with immediate availability or a maximum notice period of 30 days will be considered

Responsibilities
• Administer and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Account Engagement
• Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets and security settings across all Salesforce clouds
• Maintain platform governance, security, access management and compliance-related controls
• Configure and continuously enhance Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Page Layouts, Record Types and Dynamic Forms
• Support Service Cloud operation
