What you'll do• Speed to lead. Call every recent inbound enquiry within 3 minutes of it arriving. In our business, speed is the first impression, and we don't miss it.
• Qualify with care. Understand each prospect's goals, timeline, family situation, source of funds and investment readiness, so that only serious, well-matched leads move forward.
• Hand over seamlessly.



Pass qualified prospects to the next stage of the advisory team with clear, complete notes, so the client never has to repeat themselves.
• Build trust from the first call. You'll be speaking with high-net-worth individuals and families making one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Every conversation should reflect the Quantum standard.
• Own your pipeline. Keep the CRM updated in real time, follow up relentlessly with leads who aren't ready yet, and track your conversion numbers.
• Feed back what you hear. Share market insights and common client questions with the team to sharpen our approach.

What you must have• Languages: fluent English, Hindi and Gujarati (spoken, at a minimum). Any additional Indian language is a strong plus.
