We are looking for an experienced and creative Copy Lead to lead copywriting, content development, editorial quality, and creative communication across multiple projects, formats, and channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead copywriting and creative content development across digital, print, social, email, performance marketing, and other marketing communication formats.
• Manage, mentor, and guide copy teams to deliver high-quality, error-free work across multiple projects, formats, and channels.
• Interpret briefs, creative direction, research inputs, and performance data to develop persuasive copy concepts that support marketing goals.
• Ensure all copy adheres to partner school guidelines, tonality, tone of voice, and editorial guidelines.




• Develop and maintain editorial guidelines, tonality frameworks, tone of voice systems, copy playbooks, and editorial SOPs.
• Work closely with design, performance marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated creative outputs.
• Use judgement, creativity, and flexibility to ensure outputs are delivered on time, on brief, and aligned with partner school guidelines.
• Work with the team to devise SOPs that improve creative production, strengthen quality assurance, and reduce turnaround times.

Ideal Skills & Expertise

• Solid portfolio in copywriting, content, communications, or marketing, with a Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through education, training, and professional experience.
