Purpose of the role
The Learning and Development role will design and deliver end-to-end learning solutions across multiple business verticals and locations in India.



The role holder will demonstrate strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills while leading complex learning assignments and driving strategic priorities that support the L&TD; team’s goals.
In this role, you will:
• Partner with HSBC business leadership, the Learning & Talent Development CoE, HR and Global functions to define and implement sustainable learning initiatives aligned with business strategy and HR priorities.
• Design, develop and deliver end-to-end learning solutions that build leadership and behavioural capabilities and support business outcomes.
• Lead learning data analysis, measurement and reporting to assess learning consumption, programme effectiveness and measurable business impact.
• Manage learner compliance with mandatory and recommended learning requirements, onboarding training, exemptions and exceptions in line with HSBC policies and regulatory standards.
