We are looking for a creative, driven, and result-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team and take ownership of our marketing initiatives, brand presence, content, and lead-generation activities.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that strengthen ZoChord's brand presence, generate qualified leads, support business development, and increase engagement across digital channels. You will work closely with the Sales, Client Experience, and Delivery teams to create relevant marketing campaigns and content that communicate ZoChord's capabilities, success stories, and value to potential and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals.

• Plan and manage campaigns focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and business growth.

• Manage ZoChord’s presence across LinkedIn and other digital platforms, including content calendars and social media campaigns.

• Create and coordinate content for LinkedIn, website, email campaigns, blogs, case studies,



and other marketing channels.

• Collaborate with internal teams to turn project experiences and customer success stories into engaging marketing content.

• Plan and execute B2B lead-generation campaigns and coordinate with Sales for lead follow-ups.

• Track campaign performance, engagement, leads, and conversions, and identify areas for improvement.

• Monitor market trends, customer segments, and recent marketing opportunities.

• Maintain a structured marketing calendar, activity tracker, and performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, SaaS, IT services, technology, or consulting.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing.

• Experience in content planning and campaign execution.
