Position: Pre‑Primary Coordinator

Location: Alipore, Kolkata – 700027

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree (any discipline)

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / NTT / ECCEd preferred

• 4–5 years of relevant preschool/early childhood experience

• Solid leadership, creativity, and child‑centric mindset

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate pre‑primary curriculum & daily operations

• Design engaging, play‑based learning activities

• Build strong relationships with children, parents & staff

• Ensure smooth classroom management and teacher collaboration

Salary:

₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 (based on experience & interview)
