Job Description:
• Own end-to-end manufacturing execution of automation projects after drawing and BOM handover, covering procurement coordination, assembly, integration, testing, FAT and dispatch.
• Review drawings, BOMs and specifications for manufacturing readiness and coordinate with Engineering to resolve technical clarifications.
• Coordinate with SCM,



Procurement and local vendors to ensure material readiness, fabrication and timely availability of components.
• Lead automation machine assembly, including mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, pneumatics, integration and final system build.
• Manage testing, FAT, punch-point closure, packing and dispatch as per project schedules.
• Lead HMLV/EMS assembly operations for multiple HLA businesses, managing production plans, manpower, capacity and changing product requirements.
• Plan and optimize the 7,000 sq.ft. shopfloor, including workstations, material flow, assembly and testing areas.
• Establish standardized manufacturing processes and drive improvements in productivity, quality, lead time and cost.
• Lead and develop engineers, technicians and assembly teams while ensuring 5S,s ESD, safety and quality compliance.
• Support manufacturing capability development, tooling, equipment and CAPEX requirement
