About Saburi Ply

Saburi Ply is a growing manufacturer of Plywood, Blockboard, Flush Doors, Fire-Retardant Panels, Shuttering Ply and other building-material products, with a growing distribution network across India.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales and market development in Hubli and surrounding markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve area-wise revenue and volume targets.

• Manage and expand the company's dealer, distributor, retailer and channel network.

• Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors to strengthen market penetration.

• Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, builders and other key stakeholders.

• Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory.

• Conduct regular market visits to understand competitor activity, pricing, demand and market trends.

• Ensure effective product visibility, merchandising and brand presence across the territory.

• Monitor dealer-wise sales, outstanding payments,



stock movement and market performance.

• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for order processing, dispatches and timely delivery.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

• Provide regular sales MIS, market feedback and competitor intelligence to management.

• Support promotional activities, dealer meets, product launches and other BTL initiatives.

• Manage and guide Sales Officers/Executives working within the assigned territory, wherever applicable.

Requirements
Candidate Profile

• Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.

• 4–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in Plywood, Laminates, MDF, Particle Board, Building Materials, Hardware, Interior Products or allied industries.

• Strong understanding of dealer/distributor/channel sales.

• Valuable knowledge of the Hubli/Dharwad and surrounding Karnataka markets will be an advantage.
