Main Purpose
Customer onboarding is a crucial role in making it as easy as possible for our customers to do business with us. As MDM analyst, you will lead our customers through the onboarding process quickly, securely and without surprises through disciplined project governance and proven methodology.



You will work across the firm locally & globally in close coordination with partners in Sales, Credit, Pricing, and Compliance.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end onboarding activities, including creating accounts in Navision/Salesforce/other systems, and while maintaining accurate data to ensure a fast and efficient turnaround time (TAT). In addition, the role includes updating fuel and lubes pricing in Navision and aviation pricing in Supplier One based on affiliate schedules. Accuracy is non-negotiable, with zero tolerance for errors. Transparent & effective communication with customers and stakeholders is essential to ensure smooth and timely execution of all tasks. You shall possess ability to work independently or as a part of the team.
