This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist based in India.

This is a remote, full time sales role focused on generating new business through structured outbound prospecting and data-driven outreach.
You will take ownership of top-of-funnel (TOFU) pipeline generation, building targeted prospect lists and executing high-quality cold-email campaigns.
The role combines sales execution, research, CRM management, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
You will use modern prospecting and automation tools to identify relevant decision-makers and consistently generate qualified leads.
Success in the role will be measured through clear lead-generation and outreach KPIs, with opportunities to continuously test and improve performance.
You will work with managers and senior team members to refine messaging, qualification standards, and prospecting strategies.

Accountabilities:

• Drive new client acquisition through cold email, outbound prospecting, and targeted lead-generation campaigns.

• Build and maintain qualified prospect lists using Smartlead, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email-scraping tools, and other relevant platforms.

• Research target accounts and prospects to ensure leads align with defined ideal customer profiles and qualification criteria.

• Plan and execute targeted cold-email campaigns aligned with sales objectives and prospecting strategies.

• Monitor and optimize email deliverability, open rates, reply rates, bounce rates, and other campaign performance metrics.

• Build and maintain a consistent top-of-funnel sales pipeline against agreed lead-generation targets.

• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date lead information across CRM and sales systems.
