What we do at Weir
We are a global leader in mining technology for a sustainable future. We help our customers extract the resources the world needs more efficiently and more sustainably. Our planet’s future depends on the transition to renewable energy, and that transition can only happen with the metals and minerals our customers deliver. So, we work side by side with mines across the globe to move less rock, use less energy, use water wisely, and create less waste. Together, we drive the shift to smart, productive, and more sustainable mining.

Make your impact
You’ll play a key role in solving real-world challenges. You’ll apply your skills to deliver results that matter whether that’s through engineering, planning or customer support. You’ll work with purpose, learn every day and help shape a more sustainable future.

What you’ll do
Production Planning & Control: Lead both long-term and short-term production planning efforts,

ensuring alignment with sales forecasts and capacity constraints. Daily activities include scheduling orders, monitoring production progress, and adjusting plans to meet targets. Success means achieving production and sales goals consistently with minimal delays. Travel requirements are minimal, primarily onsite presence.

• Material Requirements & Scheduling: Manage material requirement planning (MRP) processes and resolve exception messages promptly to avoid production disruptions. Coordinate order scheduling and maintain safety stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between business functions such as supply chain, production, engineering, and sales to respond effectively to changes in customer demand and production capacity.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track customer On-Time Delivery (OTD), plan versus actual production, and sales numbers. Prepare monthly stock forecasts, analytics, and end
