GoDaddy’s Trust and Safety team is distributed across the United States and Europe. The team investigates DNS abuse, including phishing, malware, botnets, and domain impersonation.
The Trust and Safety Analyst will review, investigate, and respond to reports of DNS abuse, including phishing, malware, botnets, and domain impersonation. The role will evaluate evidence, apply GoDaddy’s policies consistently, document decisions,
and escalate complex or high-risk cases. We are hiring this position to help build GoDaddy’s India Center of Excellence, strengthen coverage during European business hours, and create a more scalable and resilient global Trust and Safety operation.
What you'll get to do...
• Review, investigate, and resolve reports involving phishing, malware, spam, fraud, impersonation, and other forms of online abuse
• Apply Trust and Safety policies consistently, documenting decisions and escalating complex or high-risk cases
• Analyze account activity, domains, websites, and related signals to identify abusive behavior and emerging threats
• Respond to internal and external abuse reports accurately and within established service levels
• Maintain transparent case records, preserve relevant evidence, and prepare concise investigation summaries
