ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who can independently manage influencer marketing campaigns from planning to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong influencer relationships, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Own and grow a portfolio of brand accounts, building trusted relationships with clients and understanding their business goals.
• Lead influencer marketing strategy, translating campaign objectives into clear plans, creator recommendations, deliverables, budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
• Plan and oversee influencer campaigns from briefing and creator selection through content approvals, publishing, reporting, and post-campaign review.
• Identify, assess, negotiate with, and onboard creators who fit each brand’s audience, objectives, and budget.
• Manage campaign budgets and commercial negotiations,



ensuring spend is controlled and allocated effectively.
• Lead a team of Influencer Marketing Executives: set priorities, assign work, coach team members, and review delivery quality.
• Keep campaigns on schedule by coordinating clients, creators, and internal teams, and by resolving issues early.
• Track campaign performance against agreed KPIs, analyse results, and present clear reports with insights and recommendations to clients.
• Use campaign learnings and platform trends to improve future strategy, performance, and account growth.
• Stay informed about creator trends, social platforms, and changes in influencer marketing.
• Handle escalations from brands and influencers, assess the issue, and work with the relevant teams to reach a timely resolution.
• Partner closely with the Sales team to support account growth, campaign opportunities, and a smooth handover from pitch to delivery.
• Develop campaign proposals
