Job Description

Iron Systems is looking for a high-energy Team Lead. In this role, Team Lead will be responsible for Organizing work, delegating tasks, Allocating and managing resources, Problem solving, Motivating team members to accomplish their goals & Reporting progress to stakeholders. Team lead will be working closely with the Team mentoring all the team members & also helping the team members with the escalations.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate robust leadership skills by effectively guiding, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve individual and team goals.
• Organize and manage the team efficiently to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and optimal productivity.
• Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with team members, fostering a collaborative work environment aligned with the organization's vision, mission, and core values.
• Identify performance gaps, operational risks, and areas of concern, and proactively escalate them to management with actionable recommendations.
• Exhibit excellent people management skills, including coaching,



performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
• Showcase strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities to resolve operational challenges effectively.
• Allocate, manage, and optimize resources to meet business objectives and service delivery expectations.
• Clearly define, monitor, and communicate key performance metrics, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Actively participate in team meetings, process reviews, and operational discussions to identify process improvement opportunities and address team needs.
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and operational alignment.
• Delegate responsibilities appropriately, monitor progress, and ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
