Writer Relocations is hiring for a Manager – Business Development & Sales for our Bangalore.

We are hiring for two BD & Sales Manager positions in Bangalore one focused on Household Goods (HHG / People Mobility) and the other on Asset Mobility.

Role & responsibilities
• Generate new leads and business opportunities within the assigned business segment and achieve sales targets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and customer meetings to enquiries, quotations, negotiations and closure.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with new and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable relocation and moving solutions.
• Conduct regular customer meetings, presentations and follow-ups to actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Pricing, Operations, Move Management and other internal teams to ensure timely quotations and smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, sales pipeline, customer information and business closures.




• Track market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer queries and escalations and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Identify new markets, customer segments and business opportunities to support branch growth, revenue and profitability.

Business-Specific Focus
Household Goods / People Mobility
• Develop business opportunities for household goods relocation and moving services.
• Engage with corporates, individuals, HR teams, relocation partners and other relevant stakeholders to generate business.

Asset Mobility
• Develop business opportunities for office relocation, machinery movement, industrial projects, asset relocation and other commercial/industrial moving requirements.
