Job SummaryWe are seeking a professional, courteous, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage guest interactions, reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and front desk operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and hands-on experience with IDS Hotel Management Software to ensure smooth and efficient guest service.
Key Responsibilities• Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Operate and maintain guest records through IDS Software.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate billing, payment processing, and daily reports.
• Monitor room inventory and update reservation status.
• Answer telephone calls, emails, and online booking inquiries.




• Ensure adherence to hotel policies, SOPs, and service standards.

Mandatory RequirementsMust Have• Working knowledge and hands-on experience with IDS Hotel Management Software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia (preferred).
• Strong guest-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications• Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Front Office Operations in a hotel.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
