Juego Studio is looking for an experienced Head/Manager - Marketing & Growth to lead our global marketing and growth strategy marketing and growth strategy.
We are looking for a business-oriented marketing leader who can understand Juego Studio's growth ambitions, identify where the best market opportunities exist, strengthen our global positioning, create demand, and build a predictable pipeline of high-quality business opportunities. This is a leadership role with direct accountability for marketing outcomes and contribution to business growth. The ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking, commercial understanding, market intelligence, robust execution, leadership, and an AI-first mindset.

The Mandate
The primary mandate of this role is to build marketing into a predictable and scalable growth engine for Juego Studio. The marketing leader will be expected to translate Juego Studio's business and revenue objectives into measurable marketing goals, determine the pipeline required to support those objectives, identify the right markets and customer segments,



and build a repeatable marketing engine to achieve them.
